Military Aid

Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) scholarships usually include full tuition, book allowance, and living expenses stipend in exchange for agreeing to future military service.

Military Academies provide full scholarships and some allowances. the addmission process for these service academies is very competitive, and you must be nominated by a member of Congress.
